ANALYSES VIBRATOIRES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Toute cha\u00eene cin\u00e9matique comportant des mat\u00e9riels tournants se caract\u00e9rise par des signaux vibratoires<\/strong> repr\u00e9sentatifs de son \u00e9tat.
\nL\u2019analyse vibratoire r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, mesur\u00e9e en des points r\u00e9p\u00e9tables \u00ab marqu\u00e9s \u00bb, permet de suivre l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019usure du mat\u00e9riel, de d\u00e9tecter et d\u2019anticiper ainsi la d\u00e9gradation anormale d\u2019un organe<\/strong> en \u00e9vitant un arr\u00eat non planifi\u00e9, toujours plus long et co\u00fbteux qu\u2019un arr\u00eat g\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Prenons l\u2019exemple d\u2019un ventilateur<\/strong>. Le signal capt\u00e9 au niveau du roulement de palier nous indique un d\u00e9placement radial anormalement \u00e9lev\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 22 mm\/s. Apr\u00e8s correction par ajout de poids d\u2019\u00e9quilibrage, le d\u00e9placement radial est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1,2 mm\/s, tout \u00e0 fait acceptable.<\/p>\n

La mesure par onde de choc<\/strong> sur un roulement traduit l’\u00e9tat m\u00e9canique de celui-ci. Une usure anormale des billes, rouleaux ou de la cage peut ainsi \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9e bien avant sa destruction.<\/p>\n

Mesure de s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 vibratoire<\/strong><\/h5>\n

L’\u00e9ventuel d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrage d’une cha\u00eene cin\u00e9matique<\/strong> de transmission d’un couple ou d’une vitesse.<\/p>\n

Analyse spectrale de vibration<\/strong><\/h5>\n

L’analyse spectrale de vibration<\/strong> identifie les d\u00e9fauts unitaires d’une s\u00e9rie d’engrenages. La connaissance technique exacte des composants permet de comparer le signal re\u00e7u par rapport au signal attendu (fr\u00e9quence, amplitude) et de d\u00e9tecter ainsi toute sympt\u00f4me de d\u00e9gradation.<\/p>\n
