L\u2019alignement des organes<\/strong> (arbres, poulies, courroies, moteurs) est essentiel pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des hommes et dur\u00e9e de vie des composants<\/strong>. Il \u00e9vite une sollicitation m\u00e9canique inutile et excessive, allonge sensiblement la dur\u00e9e de vie des composants en \u00e9vitant une usure pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e ou m\u00eame une casse, r\u00e9duit ainsi vos co\u00fbts de maintenance et augmente substantiellement la disponibilit\u00e9 de vos machines.<\/p>\n

Un alignement laser de vos machines tournantes permet des \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie >10 %<\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des d\u00e9perditions moindres en vibration et chaleur sur les accouplements et paliers.<\/p>\n

Le principe est le suivant : c\u2019est une source laser puls\u00e9e de tr\u00e8s faible divergence et parfaitement collimat\u00e9e qui, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des cibles transparentes ou opaques, identifie l’alignement lors du mouvement de rotation du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n
